How do i know Orthodoxy is the true Christian faith?

I am still uncertain on the Orthodox faith whether its true or not. From Icons being called idols and asking saints and Mary for their intercessions being called "spiritism" and "necromancy". I see good arguements for both sides Orthodox and Evangelical. I have prayed about this alot to no avail quite yet. Please help with any anwsers and if possible please pray for me..
