Does anyone have or had a problem with porngraphy or pleasuring ones self too much? I've been doing it and observing porn since the age of eoght. For over Ten years, I tell myself or stop for Twelve-Sixteen hours only to repeat. The good news is that I have gone one to three days. This hasnt happened since a few years. I stopped at nine some how and didnt get back into this until i was twelve. when I don't pleasure myself during those one to three days, I do stop to view the occasional porngraphy during that time. Does anyone have the recommendations to how I could stop, I know it sounds easy just stop viewing porn. It's an addiction though, similar to an eating disorder or an urge to be on phone constantly. Has anyone beat there porngraphy addiction on this sub? If so what are some tips? besides porn blocking app? which I've heard aren't even worth it because you can unlock them and control those apps.
