Prayers for my dog

If anyone out there thinks about it, if you could say a prayer for my eldest dog, I'd appreciate it. He's 13 with a heart condition and it seems he's declining. We've recently had house accidents and some vomiting. We have a vet appointment this week, but I fear the worst. I know he's just a dog, but he's gotten me through rough times, and I know that if animals end up in heaven, he'll be declared the best boy. Thank you and have a blessed Lent!
Edit: his name is Ender, cause his mom is a giant nerd.
