Why are Orianna Mains so against buffs?

Post Body

It feels like a lot of people here are afraid of buffs for Ori because it’s going to lead to more nerfs. When in actuality Ori is in a pretty abysmal state compared to shit like Diana / Nilah who have similar ults.

Riot can make Ori buffs that focus on solo q versus ranked but the point is she needs to be looked at.

If you don’t even push for that then she’s going to continue to be not rewarding to play

If you look at the base damage for Ori R versus niliah or Diana or yone it speaks a lot about how watered down that r is.

With every patch more ms gets added and r becomes harder to land as people literally can just walk out now

Honestly we could even start with updating the QoL R to be cast on the ally champion instead of at the point you click R.

EDIT: I’m not saying that a 0/11 yone will be heavy but Ori being 0/11 and lvl 16 results in your ultimate doing 350 base with 0.8scaling. Look at yone and look at his lvl16. It does 600dmg with the same AD scaling lol…. How and why does a lvl16 r do 600 BASE damage. Even if Ori had 400 ap you barely just hit 650ish? Yone’s base r…..
