For this orgasm you need a person with whom you are intimate and from whom you can be brought to orgasm. Gender doesn't matter, and neither does your relationship; it can just as easily be your partner as your bestie.

The game works as follows: you take turns of 5 minutes to bring the other person as close to orgasm as possible and keep them on the edge.
