Olefination in presence of -OH moiety

Hi chemists! Can any metaloorganic chemist tell me if there is any possibility to use for instance Tebbe's reagent in presence of hydroxyl groups?? I acknowledge that my knowledge about metals in organic synthesis is pretty poor, so I would really appreciate if anyone could give me any hint about methylation in presence of hydroxyls.
