Let me clarify that this post isn't specifically about a swinger couple looking for another swinger couple for the sole purpose to play, although it is possible...

My wife and I are in our late 40s/early 50s. She is cute as can be, 5-1, 120 lbs., shoulder length brunette hair and brown eyes. I am 5-9, 164 lbs., fit and we are both athletic.

She has never done anything in the LS before except for going to Privata once, which she loved, and we will do again soon. I have experience in the LS from my past life.

However, as some may know, it can be very hard to make new friends with couples when we are older. We find ourselves with a cadre of vanilla couples that we know, but we notice that whenever we get together the conversations are very conservative, uptight and religious, etc. No judgement, that's all fine.

But she and I were talking that it would be nice to get to know some new couples who are more "open-minded" when we hang out, go to dinner, play board games, go see a show, play poker, etc. And we find ourselves thinking, other than hanging at swinger events, how can we just meet some cool people as friends who may also sometimes be open to a little more. Swinger events are fun yes, but although our secondary emphasis may be physical, we primarily are interested in just meeting good quality friends with whom to hang with.

I don't know if I'm saying this all correctly, but I hope you understand what I mean.

We are educated, white collar professionals, world travelers, love dining well and also slumming it. We love wine and good Old Fashions. We are super friendly, easy to talk to. Non smokers and do not do anything in the medicinal realm. ;)

As far as playing limits (if that were to happen) we are interested in same-room/same-bed, although she is also potentially willing to get physical with a dedicated single male or male of the couple. Again, she is brand new but open minded.

We are in Happy Valley and are looking for some new friends nearby, at least the Portland area.
