Some have been asking why you can't submit videos and here's why and how to do it.

WHY: Reddit's officially policy is to no longer allow NSFW videos on their servers. On the mod side, we don't even see the option to allow or disallow them. On the user end, the button is greyed out. There is nothing we can do about this. In the past few months Reddit has been going through and disabling video submissions in NSFW subreddits so if you see it now in another sub, don't expect it to be there tomorrow.

HOW: Nothing is stopping you from using a third party service to upload to. You can post to Imgur, Erome, Redgifs, etc., and then just submit as a link.

Possible workaround: None of us have tried this but we've heard that it's worked for others in other subs. Essentially, you go out of the sub you want to post to, you choose upload video and enter the details for your submission, then when ready, you choose your subreddit. If it works, I (Mr_Secret_Name) still wonder if applying the NSFW tag will flag it for removal - and even if you don't apply that tag, the subreddit is set up to automatically apply it - Reddit is very clear that if a subreddit does not tag NSFW as such, the subreddit will be deleted.
