Long story short, I used the free forma soul on Mininerva with intent to 10 her originally(3 copies total thanks to tt debut) as a galeforce flier. Then I recently saw Valter's refine and realized I needed a merged lance flier for my flier team, not to mention that he has 1 more copy than her. But, since I like both characters, I have to ask you all. In the long run, who would be better to 10 merge? And, if possible, with each of my two options, are there any substitutes/alternatives to them found in the 3-4☆ pool: ex, alternative lance fliers if Mininerva is chosen and vice versa.

All help is appreciated, especially from users of both Mininerva and Valter.

Edit: Please if you can, I would like to hear some reasoning behind your vote. As this is a hard decision for me.
