Best IV for Setsuna?

Hello, after doing several hours of internal debating on the argument of building who I like vs chasing powercreep(Setsuna vs Norne/Young Innes as a max investment infantry archer merge project), for which ultimately my personal bias and favoritism for Setsuna won. I have to ask, which IV should I do for her? As Im planning to have her as my new AR astra carry with her refine. Im split between atk (52/44 offensive statline at 10 15 with prf equipped) vs spd (49/47). Personally Im leaning towards atk cause I don't want her to attack like a wet noodle, but maybe spd is superior.

Any advice is appreciated!
