A resistência a dano ainda funciona com o bloqueio?

Só isso mesmo, se eu tenho bloqueio sla, 15 e uma RD de 4. E o tipo de dano enquadrar na RD, eu bloqueio 19 de dano?
(Aproveitando pra pedir umas dicas pra combar um tropa de choque 50 de nex e agente especial, até hoje só mestrei e não sei combar bem fichakkk)
