I had been anticipating the movie for a while now mainly because of cillian Murphy and the iMax screen. I legit took videos and pictures of me smiling with the movie poster before watching.

Boy was it a ride.

I got so fucking emotional in the scene where everyone is applauding in the bleachers and you see the traumatizing effects of the atomic bombs. Oppenheimer is just stunned and the crowd is wild with happiness. I pictured thousands of innocent civilians in Japan who died and suffered from the atomic bombs. Just thinking of babies, kids, sweet parents…. I wanted to cry so bad so I waited till I got home. I’m currently going through it right now, need to let it out.
