Iso brought me to my knees

I was dying. Using dirty needles out of the trash. My girlfriend left me. So much worse than fentanyl. It took me to the hospital with sepsis and endocarditis. The detox from it was the worst I have ever experienced. And here I am, back again.

It has the best euphoria of anything I ever experienced. It was only 90$ a gram back then too. Now it’s 90 for 9mg. Shit is crazy
