How much fatigue is normal!?
Post Body

Hey! On day 20 after quitting oxy. The first week was horrible and after that I started to work again, working out etc. I had some fatigue but it got better everyday. 2 days ago I got the flu I think. Fatigue came back worse than ever. I can't even keep up my phone in my hands for longer than a few minutes. This is not normal.

This afternoon I have an appointment with the hospital, they will check my blood on 12 different things, including kidney function, TSH, blood cell count, and signs of infection. But not b12 or whatever. Should this be good?

What can I do?? I feel horrible. My throat hurts, runny nose, shits, and extreme fatigue. Called in sick at work again for the second time in 1 month. Have been working here for a few months and was hoping to ask for a raise, but I think I can forget that one, as I am sick too much. I do my work really well in general tho.

Edit: my COVID test turned out positive. I am vaxxed but I think my immune system got low because of quitting the oxy.
