Down to 7 mg of Methadone.

it’s taken about a year to taper down this much but i’ve been on methadone a total of almost 4 years, & i just want to be off. i am feeling the withdrawals a little at night & a lot in the morning but it’s going great.
i’m working out 5 days a week lifting to keep my mind off of it. going down 1 mg every 2 -3 weeks. (:
