I’ve been using oxy 100-120 mgs daily for 6 months. Ran out and switched to around 80mg norco or like 350 trams to holdover until next batch. I was planning a taper which I did previously, but I can’t at this point as supply basically had 100 lined up and bailed. I have 15 tramadol left and got 15 adderall instant release to get by the withdrawals cause I have a huge week at work. I was dope sick the last couple days before on 30mg norco and the adderall helped immensely as I got by today with only 12.5 norco and 40mg adderall. My problem is that all I have left is the trams I was guna spread every 6 hours for just a dose while the adderall helped my symptoms. I was wondering what the best way to dose would be. I was thinking adderall then tramadol with a .5 klonopin just to be safe with the seizure threshold. I plan on going to subs next week. Not sure if I even need the tramadol for just some type of dose cause dropping from around 100 day to 10 isn’t an easy task. Thanks
