Open University degree first or buy a flat?

Hi everyone, in the fall of this year I'll have more than enough to start paying towards a Business Managment degree as I wish to work in the admin deparment and go into HR later down the line were i currently work, I could easily get a entry job with no experience required but I was wondering if you were in my position would you either:

A) Go for degree while working then buy a flat once I have resaved money up for one.

B) Buy flat, switch to entry job and save money up again for degree and start of a little latere?
