So I just finished building my first dual MOSFET mod in a 1590B, but I had some problems with fitting the pushbutton (I think it was an e-switch PV2). Namely, the switch was way too deep, it took a lot of precious building space away from me and I had to cut more material off of the battery sled.
I also had to file off material from the lip of the lid to have space for the nut, and remove one of the corner screw holes to even fit the switch in without shorting it on the positive battery terminal. All in all it turned out okay, but I'd like to do it with less work next time.
Which flush pushbutton switches can you suggest? I'd basically like the shallow depth of a PV5 but the flush look of a PV2.
What about other switch types, that are also flush?
