After seeing people mod their clone ZNA's and putting DNA40's in them, I finally bit the bullet and ordered a DNA40 myself. I have some wire and stuff coming in next week which I'll have to wait for before I try to put the new chip in. In the meantime, I haven't seen a disassembled authentic ZNA before (only clones) so here's my contribution with notes to anyone wanting to try this for themselves.

If anyone has any tips on how I remove the fire button, I'm all ears. I've tried pushing a 1.2mm drill bit into the hole on the side, which I think is what holds the button in place, but no amout of force lets me push it through.

Any tips on what I should keep in mind for when I put in the DNA40? Especially to avoid the same sort of problems I've mentioned in the imgur album.
