How stable is v7

I just migrated from unraid to omv and it went surprisingly easy. I decided to install the v7 as I felt I didn’t want to invest in an outgoing version. In general I had no issues with stability except some 500 errors after tasks are done, but nothing breaking.
How close is 7 to general release, and is it something that I should be very cautious about?
