Is there any way to connect with people in an open marriage besides these scam apps and websites?

Me m 38 and my wife f31 recently agreed to try an open marriage. Rule is never at our house, always wear protection only nsa no relationship. I am having a hard time finding anything that isnt a paid app or website. We live in the Chicagoland area. We are looking to try this out and from what I read she obviously will have an easier time than I.
