Is there any AI that given an image can draw it from someone perspective?

Given a picture with two people, redraw the picture from one of the person's perspective. As far as I can tell, no AI can remotely even understand this is a prompt, DALLE, certainly can't. Does anyone know any AI that understands perspective?
I even struggle with camera replacement. For example, if you ask it to draw the picture where the camera is on some other side, it will not be able to do that.
