Mid last year, I felt an overwhelming need to reclaim my self-confidence. I set a goal of completing Ironman Austria in June 2024. My initial training regimen lacked adaptability; I would plan the month ahead, only to abandon my plans a week in due to injury or illness. Frustrated, an indie hacker, and too broke to afford a personal trainer, I created Sabio - an intelligent, context-aware coach powered by my Strava data. It's been training me for five months.
- Works with any fitness goal
- Real-time, data-driven plan adjustments
- Coach chat interface with context-aware Q&A
- No manual input; progress is tracked automatically
- Affordable, with a 1-week free trial & then $10/month
Some notable achievements from my training so far include:
- A 22-minute 5K
- Half marathon in 1:52
- 20 minutes per kilometre swims
- 3 W/kg FTP (Cycling)
