Hey everyone I want to go to an stones exhibition to get me an opal stone. I like when they are uncut so basically stil chonky stones or rocks. White with clearly visible rainbow parts on it or translucent with rainbow parts, depends what I see there.
When I want to buy me an opal stone what tips do you have for me? How can I know that the stone is a real opal and what kind of opal for example.
I really don't know anything when it comes to buying opal but don't want to get ripped off either.
I hope someone can give me a few tips what to look out for and that βΊοΈ
