I know I need to make a change for my eye health.
I spend too much time on my laptop and phone.
I've accepted that e-ink screens are expensive and probably won't drop in price soon, unless I buy used.
What can I use with my current laptop? Will I have to keep the laptop on a desk with the e-ink device plugged in? I currently use my laptop in bed while laying down or sitting up.
I have a 17 inch screen laptop.
What are my options for plug and play e-ink screens?

I'm looking into the Palma 2 as a way to message my friends over wifi.
Also looking into the Mudita Kompakt as a phone replacement
Bigme Highbreak Pro is another option for a phone replacement but I don't know much.
