30MF4M Oct 5th Niagara Falls looking for "organic" experience

We will be in Niagara on the first weekend of Oct. Looking for a 3rd for a MFM. Wife has specifically requested it to be an "organic" meeting. One idea is to meet someone at one of the night clubs (club 7 most likely) and come back to our hotel. Open to other better ideas as well.
Decent shape, 7 and under 50 are her requirements.
