Hey, I moved from quebec to ontario a month ago, my license expired during the holidays, I'm looking to transfer it from quebec to ontario, But I lost my wallet few days ago, I read somewhere you can transfer out of province license up to 60 days after expiry but I called drive test today and they told me I have to go back to quebec, renew than come to ontario and transfer... But quebec won't renew my license if my address is is ontario... so what do I do?
