My roommate had to reapply for OW because of a situation with an ex roommate making a false report and getting kicked off. His worker closed his case preemptively while he tried to get ahold of her everyday and she ignored his calls.

He was finally able to reapply at the end of December and is on the verge of eviction because he owes almost three months in rent. If he isn’t reinstated should he at least be getting money for the month he applied (December) and this month (January). They paid this month’s rent and are only leaving him with $25 for living expenses which doesn’t even touch what he owes in rent right now and the landlord is still trying to go ahead with the eviction despite receiving the one months rent $120 that I paid the landlord for my roommate.

Any advice/answers are appreciated since we are in a really big pickle.
