I'm proud to announce that I've just filed the paperwork to run in the upcoming general election for Ontario, and there has never been a better time for the return of the TSP. I'm looking forward to getting to speak to my fellow Ontarians on the campaign trail about the issues that matter to them, and bring forward our agenda for a better province.

I must say, if there's one prevailing emotion that I fee l today, it's disappointment. Not for myself, but for my province. We've just seen the Frankenstein merger of the New Democrats and Toronto Provincial Alliance, and I don't know which prospect scares me more about the future of our province: the fact that the New Democrats may embrace a Toronto first strategy while leaving the rest of us behind, or the fact that the Toronto Provincial Alliance never had principles in the first place, and were simply just like the same old power hungry politicians.

This is my message to any people feeling disappointed about this decision. Give your vote to the Taylor Swift Party this election. What do you have to lose? There are no politicians fighting for your interests, and only we, as a grassroots movement, will truly fight for putting people first and making a better Ontario.
