This is an update from your OPS (Ontario Public Service) Unified Bargaining Team regarding our negotiations with the employer on the wage reopener clause in our current collective agreement.

The bargaining team and the employer have agreed to meet with the mediator, Gerry Lee, on January 20-21, 2024 on the wage reopener.

At the conclusion of this mediation, the Bargaining Team will send out a communication to inform you of the outcome of the mediation.
