Landlord still hasn’t provided my last months rent or the one month compensation for issuing an N12. Today is the termination date on the N12. Do I hold onto the keys and wait for a hearing?
Even though we are certain we would win in court, we don’t want to be their tenants anymore. But we would like our money back.
