Would be much appreciated if somebody can point me in the right direction.im 25 years old Ive been living at this residence for a year and six months now 2 bedroom basment $1800 per month. We have been to court for a n4 which got resolved. I was short on rent of $600. When I first signed lease I i made sure to let the landlord know sometimes my cheqes x take some time to clear as they come from different clients[I own a business] that being said Sometimes rent is a little late.
After settling this matter in court. The landlord had the audacity to Bombard me with his whole family at 9am on a Saturday to do a unit inspection but here's the catch. He came Offering me $8000 to move out Under one condition. I sign an n11 form. I didn't know what this form entailed off. But as Business owner this didn't seem ethical. This went on for 2 hours. Long story short I wouldn't sign anyform unless I saw the cash in hand simple. I told the landlord to make things easier I'll pack up my whole place and put everything in the uhaul I will sign the n11 and a contract saying I'm being paid $8000 to leave my residence. The Landlord said he would think about it. Few hours later I get a private call. Guess who it was👀👀👀👀. The fucking landlord and is realstate agent convincing me to sign this n11 another 1 hour back and forth resulting to no conclusions but empty threats on screwing up my life and forking out lots of money to the landlord. All recorded by the way. Next day I get served another N5 or n7 form. Saying I sexual assaulted a tenant living at the same address
