Bit of an odd question here.

I live in a new building that has around 500 units. I moved in here about a year ago and noticed it’s mainly older people 60 .

I have a parking space that is right out front of the building it’s pretty great.

Winter is coming up, and I was thinking of seeing if anyone would want to trade my parking space for any underground space, as some of the spots are easily a 3-4 min walk to the closest elevator.

The issue is I think it’s fobbed acesss, as I tried to drive my car under and the doors wouldn’t open !

I was going to make a posting in our lobby for this.

Is this allowed? I’d obviously note that the availably is month to month as I am renting.
