Can i put samaitasen to Oitsuki?

I have yamausagi, kuro mujou, shiro and kusa as my other team shikis. My yama is not that fast and i think the extra 30 spd can be beneficial. She currently has fortune cat set plus hp bonus. Or should I put samaitasen on shiro? He has fortune cat set as well. I need the speed and I can't pull good spd souls for yama, so i found this might help for the moment especially since enemies are starting to be way faster than me.
