What team can I make with Susabi?

I currently run susabi, shiro and kuro mujou during expedition runs, while I use susabi, shiro, kuro, momo and yuki onna on raids and boss zones. I found my team to be squishy against certain enemies. If I am not able to cast momo's skill, it's almost a guarantee that equal leveled enemies will crush me. Who can I put to help my def? Momo seems lacking since her heal is basically rng based.

I got susa as my first SSR and learned to accept him as my main since he's been in my team ever since I got him. Any ways I can get maybe a synergy with him? (I put 4 seducers 2 crit for him).
