Toying with idea of turning my home into a collab space. I have two spare rooms I could rent out to creators/streamers as I do both, plenty of lighting and camera equipment, and when my roommate moves out it could be an awesome place to create. Just curious what people think about this idea. It’s an 1800 sq ft 3 bedroom house with a bonus room, fenced semi private yard with a two car garage in North Dallas.
(Side note, I don’t think this post is against guidelines, but if it is, please remove it. Not trying to break rules)
