[advice] Blue check after red reversal?

When I go to my chargeback section it lists these 4. But 2 of them are showing a blue check now. I swear one was red not long ago. Does this mean he tried to chargeback and it wasn’t successful? Just need to know because one of them is still posting on request pages asking for content etc. Thanks!
