Does anybody have any advice for this? It’s my first ever chargeback and I feel really gross and uncomfortable

Unfortunately, it's a part of the job. The best thing we can do about it is to report them here so that the others can block them before hand. I'd encourage you to go through this sub and block all the profiles reported on here that are still active.
If we can form a large enough network to collectively help each other; together we'll be able to significantly lower the reach of these scammers and diminish their power.

I understand. It's hard not to feel that way and I don't know if any of us here can offer a way for you to feel any different.
The fact is, it IS a violation. Of our work and our consent. And it sucks. But the best we can do is to block and report these people while focusing on the actual genuine folks who support us and we get to have pleasant interactions with; who are still a far greater majority than these few rotten apples.
