"I actually struggle a bit not to give them a full 5 here. The reason I don’t is that their page is not designed as para-social or a relationship. So the messaging is friendly and engaging, they answer your questions and they (cause both her and her partner run the account) really make sure you feel heard. I didn't feel like they were dodging my questions or pivoting to sell. They wer literally just… good vibes. They give off social media influencer vibes in a way, like they know how to talk to a community, and they know how to create that sort of experience. I wasn’t much into their chat, but I in no way disliked chatting with them!"
