I have been worried this time about my physical condition, about a disability since I was a baby, my walking mobility was affected, I am not condemned to a wheelchair, but I will never win an athletics or sports competition, I sit most of the time Because of this and it has generated problems in my posture (anterior pelvic tilt) I cannot practice sports to improve and become more active, and I do not have income to pay for a gym, I only have some materials that I have bought over time: an abdominal wheel , two 3 kilo dumbbells, two 1 kilo dumbbells and three elastic bands.

I know it can be too much so I understand if I don't get help, but I really just want to be able to endure longer walks, not like walking a marathon like I said, but having enough strength in my legs and calves to walk would be nice for my partner. , and maybe improve my biceps and abs to be more 'sexy' idk.
