Have you ever unmatched someone or been unmatched only for them to reappear in your matches later?

I’m referring to the more mainstream apps here, but has this happened to anyone? Is it some form of glitch?
Honestly twice now these women who I had previously matched with have appeared, and to be fair I was probably unmatched, but then they reappeared in my matches and don’t respond to any messages?
