I am often the one sending first messages to men but they vary… I’m just curious what types of messages men prefer receiving?? Is a simple “hey how are you?” Okay or do you prefer more detailed and longer? No matter what type of message i send, men have always said theyre surprised the girl messaged first…? So is anything ok??
Thanks for ur time!!
100% of the serious relationships I've had off of OLD, including my now-wife, started with a lot more than a "hi". By that I mean five times. I was never explicitly filtering for this, it's probably just a signal that she was pretty into me.
One wrote a few sentences about turning my Roomba (jokingly referenced in my profile) into an SNES. Another made a comment like "wow I see why hinge recommended us" and embellished on that. Another told me she wanted me to tie her up.
I don't know that the longer opener directly mattered, it was just a symptom.
