So desperate I’m coming to Reddit

So, I’m 41, decent looking, not a movie star, could lose about 60-70 lbs, but I have a great personality, sense of humor, I’m respectful, not a creep…. But yet after paying for tinder and pof for a month and getting nothing but bots I’m feeling a bit defeated. Is the bar truly that high for men, if not, what’s the secret to actually finding real people?
