I really dont have any newer pictures of me since 2019. My old pictures are those my friends took or family took. I am thinking of getting out there again. I know pictures are everything especially on Tinder, Bumble, etc. Is it worth it to pay a local photographer for a photo shoot for nice pictures for my online dating profile? There are things Id like to capture in these pictures...my love for golf, my love of waterfalls, love of travel, love of cooking, love of movies...just to name a few....

Would you say its worth it to hire a photographer to take pictures for a photo shoot that can capture my hobbies? I mean I am an average looking guy. I have a BA, MBA and a good public sector job. I just want to showcase "good" pictures of me as opposed to me smiling eating a hamburger or at a fair/festival. Any advice you have is fantastic! TIA!
