Reading used to be one of my biggest hobbies but it’s slowed down so much in the past 2 years. I’m hoping to find a woman to form a connection with where we also form a secret book club. I’m a big fan of fiction, mostly mysteries. I’d also read nonfiction sometimes because it makes me feel smart, but it also does feel like homework to me. Along the way, maybe we’ll flirt and fall for each other?
I’m 39, married, and have two young kids. I do the majority of the childcare and my kids are the best part of my life. While my life is pretty great, my marriage definitely leaves me lonely. There really isn’t any emotional or physical intimacy and I’m hoping to find someone in a similar situation. I have time to commit both during the day and on nights and weekends.
Some of my other hobbies include cooking and collecting vinyl records. It’s important for me to feel connected to my partner, so maybe we can cook the same meal or I might even try to learn your favorite meal? Music is super important to me so I’d love to share some music or make you a playlist sometime! I actually miss the old days where I’d burn a girl I liked a cd with songs with hidden meanings for how I really felt. Anyone else do that or just me?
Physically, I’m average height with short, shaved hair, a beard, and blue eyes behind my glasses. While I do work out, my love of food and drink gives me a bit of a dad bod. I’m confident in myself and will share pictures early if it’s important to you!
I always feel like I sound so serious in these posts. I promise I’m playful and silly and will do almost anything to make my partner laugh. Want to chat to see if we hit it off? Send me a chat and we’ll see how it goes!
Good luck on your search!
