Like everyone here I'm looking for that special someone. The person who makes you smile at your phone when you get a message from them. And then you walk into a pole.
I'm 42 married with kids from EST, in a roommate situation. Physically I'm 6'0, dark hair and eyes, dadbod but my fitness and health is a priority (I've lost over 20 pounds at this point). I'm reasonably handsome, been told that I'm everything between drop dead sexy and ghosted and blocked. I've been told my best feature is my shoulders and chest. I'm pretty shy and introverted in person. I'm well read in a variety of subjects. Some of my interests include cooking, sports, reading, classic rock, and traveling. I've been told that I'm very romantic, caring, attentive, and sweet.
My special someone should be intelligent, funny, caring, open and honest (the irony makes me laugh too), older than 25, have done this before, have the time to devote to this, knows how to communicate like an adult, looking for a genuine connection, not just a one night stand type of thing, not afraid of catching feelings, says more than "Hey" as their opening message. Physical attraction is important but so is chemistry, communication, and compatibility.
I hate conversations that make it sound like I'm interviewing you for a job. I want to have fun being with you, getting to know you, and growing together. I prefer to move off Reddit when we are comfortable with each other. I use telegram
