After having my third baby last year, my body isn't what it once was. I'm starting to do all the right things -- I cut out sugar. I'm cooking fresh food. Starting to exercise. Etc.
But it's hard to do this on my own. I'd love a friend who knows about fitness and health to motivate me and help me be realistic with my goals, and celebrate the little wins along the way.
If you are on a fitness journey that's ok too, as long as you are serious about it and want to motivate each other to get into the best shape we can be in. Bonus points if you love to cook and want to trade tips and recipes.
Preference for 40 dads with young-ish kids, but open for the right person.
