Happy weekend to all you Redditers out there who, like me, have already shut their work brains off and decided to waste a little time on Reddit before going home. I have a super fun weekend planned. It starts with picking up a pizza for supper tonight and binge watching some show (any suggestions would be appreciated) until we fall asleep in our respective chairs. Tomorrow consists of fixing the oven, cleaning bathrooms, maybe starting to clean out the garage if the oven job doesn’t require too many trips to the hardware store. Sunday will likely be more monotony.
I guess what I’m saying is, the weekends don’t hold the same allure as they used to. No big plans with friends, no adventures, and definitely no fun stuff after we go to bed. Not only is the spark gone, it’s completely iced over and not likely to ever return. We’re still good friends, but nothing more. I’m guessing since you’re here too, it’s a similar story with you.
Let’s make our own adventures. Let’s make each other feel desired again. Let’s give each other a reason to smile when we look at our phones. We’ve both got a lot to give and deserve someone who appreciates it.
