While doing some introspection, I was trying to think of the traits that come to mind when I think about the better connections I have had. This is what I came up with as a list of ideals rather than a list of entry requirements. Hopefully, it will give a flavour of the kind of person I think I would connect with. And hopefully, that person is you.

• Somewhere between 27 and 45 years old;
• Someone who is reasonably attractive and who enjoys being active and staying in shape. Curvy is fine. BBW is not my type;
• Is happy to swap pictures early and is honest and mature enough to acknowledge a lack of attraction without insult being taken or given;
• Is inquisitive and interested in getting to know someone. Asking questions and telling stories. An enthusiastic conversationalist about deep subjects and silliness. If you enjoy people-watching and bad comedies we will probably get on great;
• Sexually confident but enjoys the more submissive role. Enjoys a lot of innuendo and a bit of filth. I am not sexting as a fallback position because conversation dries up, but because that is where the vibe naturally leads. Enjoys being the object of desire;
• Generally available during the day but does have a life and things going on and so is not attached to their phone 24/7. Will come back with a story to tell about those adventures, hopefully in a day or two rather than a week of silence;
• Mature and self-aware enough to understand what this is and the shortcomings (as well as the excitement) of an OA relationship. The ubiquitous not looking to change anyone's situation applies. Self-awareness is hot.
• Not jaded by the whole OA search. There is little appeal in trying to force conversation with someone who has all but given up.

Most of the above would describe me too. So let me know how many of the above apply to you and lets see where this leads.
