What I want

I’m looking for that ineffable chemistry: resonance, the vibrancy that makes life unforgettable.

When I dress up in thigh highs and heels, wrapped in a tight wool pencil skirt to meet a c-suite officer from a public company — a meeting I took more for my kids than for myself — I want to share with you every detail of the lacy lingerie I wore, and know exactly what you think. I want to share book quotes and news articles and terrible puns. I want to listen to you and your desire to share.

I want my thoughts to drift to you when I’m waiting for soccer practice to end and when my hand is holding a toy (fun fact: they’re not always mutually exclusive). But I also want to tell you when I’m a carpenter for a day, an archer ready for the zombie apocalypse, a rope model, a modernist cook. And I want to know that you’re thinking of me, too, and you want to know all of me — like I want to know all of you. I want to know what motivates and matters to you. I want to be a gift, not a burden.

I want to be pushed and praised and pampered.

Who I am

I’m ambitious, attractive, and adventurous. I love alliteration and Oxford commas (just in case you couldn’t tell…). Travel expands my curiosity, and I’m always ready to chat about astronomy and art and ai. My best sarcastic remarks come hand in hand with my quirkiness, so only for those who know me well.

We’ll always prioritize family and work and real life — but we can still have fun. I love play. I’m a leader in the board room and submissive in the bedroom. I live life whole-heartedly.

And us.

Be audacious, embrace the risk with an open heart, and we might find something amazing. (At least, that’s what I tell myself.) Bring your words and wit and let’s see where this can lead.
